Cardio Flow 60 MINUTES - An energizing upbeat flow, merging vinyasa, Pilates and core power. This class consciously combines the practice of asana, breath work, Pilates core training with amazing music.
A Level II class that encourages students to explore and to safely open up through movement, breath and sound. This flowing, dynamic class, allows students to connect with the breath, to move in and out of poses with focus while building flexibility, long lean deeply toned muscles and strength, as well as calming and centering the mind. This class is very freeing for many hot yoga lovers that are familiar to a fixed series with static postures. It is a great way to open up and set yourself free. Previous yoga experience recommended.
