Hatha -Hot Yoga Evolved Integrative Method® 60 MINUTES - Beginner Level I meditation in motion, combining hatha & raja yoga, this sequence works every area of the body including some hard to reach muscle groups. This all encompassing class challenges students to find stillness while holding a posture for a period of time, thus allowing intensity, thoughts and awareness to build, while staying present in witness consciousness. This class consciously combines the practice of asana, breath work, Pilates core training with amazing music. A Level II class that encourages students to explore and to safely open up through movement, breath and sound. This flowing, dynamic class, allows students to connect with the breath, to move in and out of poses with focus while building flexibility, long lean deeply toned muscles and strength, as well as calming and centering the mind.
