Kim Bulloch E-RYT® 500
Core Strength Vinyasa Master Teacher Trainer
Certified Pilates Instructor (mat and reformer)
Kim attended her first yoga class in 2002 in hopes of dropping a few pounds, but after her first class, she realized there was something more to this practice of yoga. She discovered true peace within her busy mind and, for the very first time, a realization of what it means to be present. She was called to teach that very same year and thus began her journey as a yoga instructor. After teaching non-stop for 13 years, she took a break from this role and returned to the seat of a student. She kept finding herself at Hot Yoga University in the Hatha 27 class- over and over. This class gave her all of the elements she craved in a yoga practice; intensity, focus, mental and physical challenge, pranayama, a deep connection to self, and meditation. When she finally decided to return to teaching, it seemed like a natural transition to take on the Hatha 27 class. She hopes that students will leave her class feeling grounded and deeply connected to their bodies. Chances are pretty good that you will find her subbing some of the other offerings at HYU!
