I fell in love with Kundalini Yoga in 2013 and have been teaching it ever since. From my first class on, my life was forever changed. In this style of Yoga, we teach using unique breath patterns and body movements to gain awareness of ourselves. The combination of these poses release emotions that no longer serve us, offering new experiences like joy, fulfillment and grace. Our purpose is to release the Kundalini energy that sits at the base of our spine. This is the untapped potential that allows us to harness our personal power, radiate positive energy, and experience the best version of ourselves.
I gained so much knowledge and tools of Kundalini Yoga while practicing and learning from Anne Novak, a well known leader in the Kundalini community. I began teaching Kundalini Yoga 3 years ago at University of Bridgeport in Connecticut while attaining my undergraduate degree in Pre- Med. I moved out here with my beautiful daughter, Ariana, to further my education in Naturopathic Medicine. Additionally, I am on a path of healing myself so I may share with others this beautiful experience called life.
My intention is to fulfill those who have a deep interest in Kundalini Yoga. Come and feel beautiful, blissful, and boundless in my class as we share this journey together.
