NON HEATED These All Levels classes are open to EVERYbody. Students will receive options for fuller expressions of the posses and modifications throughout the class. The poses will flow from one to another more quickly than in Basics, making it a more challenging practice. More challenging poses may be introduced for advanced students, while beginners can work at their own level. If you are brand new to yoga, we recommend starting with the BASICS class and working your way to All -Levels; this is not required and there is no previous experience needed to enjoy a mixed level class. Expect to practice the basic poses from Basics level, but with some more complex poses added into the mix that require more strength, flexibility, and balance such as arm balances, inversions and back bends. ...Read More >>>

Based on kriyas, or specially formulated sets of exercises, this class is open to all levels with postures ranging from easy to intense. Kundalini Yoga is perfect for students who want to feel good right away and long after after the class is over too. This class can help in spiritual awakening. This happens as the Kundalini; the untapped basic life energy or prana residing at the base of the spine is activated, drawn up through the body, energizing each of the seven energy centers.
