Yoga Nidra Comes to Sunday Afternoon

Enjoy Yoga Nidra Sleep Based meditation, that is changing lives at HYU on Sunday’s at 1:15pm, beginning March 8th.

HYU director Karin and Reiki Master Carol were trained by Kamini Desai PhD in the Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra. They have experienced the benefits in their own life and agree that yoga nidra is a great way to let go of the past, help with insomnia, experience oneness with your source, help with ADD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, habits, addictions, improve productivity, creativity, create abundance, health and happiness.
